An exceptionally rare card issued by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic to mark the Slovak Presidency of the Council of the EU. The cards were issued in a high mintage of 10,000 pieces, but the overwhelming majority were distributed as gifts and only a very small number have survived.
